The Kent Fitness League is an enjoyable cross-country series for non-elite athletes (sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are barred). Races are staged across Kent from October to February and the league has currently 17 clubs competing. This website is hosted by Canterbury Harriers.

Congratulations to Paddock Wood AC and Canterbury Harriers, the winners of the combined and ladies leagues, respectively, in the 2007-8 KFL. That was confirmed after the final race at Oxleas Wood.

Congratulations also to Mike Baron of Swanley & District and Tina Oldershaw of Paddock Wood who are the respective individual champions of the league this year.

The presentations were made after the end of season relays at Shorne Woods Country Park.
